Based on the transmission property of Light, and integrated with the IR emitter of light wave, SLW can formulate a complicated and dense light net. When a signal receiving circuit receives the “broken” signal, the processor will analyze it and thus the touch points can be recognized. Therefore, SLW is a real above 10 points multi-touch technology, and can be extended to more touch points according to customers’ requirements. RECOGNIZE TOUCH MATERIALS, SUPPORT MORE EXTENDED APPLICATIONS The positioning method that IR touch screen adopted is based on X Y axis scanning. In this way, the processor only can obtain the coordinates, but with SLW, the processor can describe the shape of an object with the coordinates in the center. This is a significant benefit that much other technology cannot compare with. For example, the screen will give you different results when you use a finger and a palm to touch it. | ||
